GEM 2014 Election Ballot - Please Vote
June 30, 2014


The GEM Annual Meeting is scheduled for 9:00 am Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at the following location:


Omni San Francisco Hotel
500 California Street,
San Francisco, CA 94104. 

 

The election ballot was emailed to each of the designated member representatives.  Please email the ballot to executive.services@gemre.com or submit the ballot in person at the annual meeting.


The remaining balance of the GEM 2014 election schedule is as follows:

July 25 (Friday) - Ballot Return Deadline “via e-mail” – Completed ballots can be signed and returned to the GEM Secretary via e-mail at executive.services@gemre.com.

July 29 (Tuesday) - Ballot Return Deadline “in-person” - Ballots can be completed and returned to the GEM Secretary at the Annual Meeting.

July 29 (Tuesday) - Election Results Announced - The Secretary will count the ballots and announce the election results at the Annual Meeting.

July 29 (Tuesday) - Term of Office Begins – The elected Board members will take their seats at the subsequent Board meeting immediately held after the annual meeting. GEM’s annual meeting will be held Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time at The Omni San Francisco Hotel, 500 California Street, San Francisco, CA 94104.  Founding and Premiere members of GEM will be able to vote via e-mail or in person at the annual meeting.  Each member has one vote per $100,000 of surplus in their member allocated surplus account as of 12/31/13.
