This month's article is entitled the "On the Course to the New Normal."  His commentary concerns what the capital markets are likely to look like given the changes that have occured over the last two years.  For those of you, like myself, that have investment responsibility for your organization or if you are simply trying to manage your retirement account, spend five minutes and read his on-line piece.  It is both enlightening and frightening at the same time.  The growth rates that we enjoyed over the last two decades are unlikely to reappear any time soon.
