No matter which side of the health care reform debate you are on the ability to listen to alternatives is important.  While reading the WSJ I stumbled across the following blog post that dates back to February 2008.  Although some of this may come off as a bit "wonkish" I thought the overall outline has merit.  Too bad we could convene a group of citizens to take this idea and turn it into a proposed bill for medical reform.
